Mission Statement

We invested, with the developer, circa £1.4m to research and develop our modern construction methodology to ensure expected future environmental and regulatory standards would be satisfied. Investing heavily at the early stages of development allowed our technical team to be positioned ahead of the curve and was the reason we secured circa £65m of contracts. We intend to continue future proofing our designs and methodology as this ensures we deliver a quality build that will stand the test of time. This is in the best interests of all stakeholders, from contractor, funder, developer to end user.

About us

We design, build and manage large property projects. We are based in the both London and the East Midlands and have been providing services to our clients since 1995. We manage our clients projects from inception to completion and aim to add value at every stage in the process. With our development team of surveyors, estimators, architects, site managers and subcontractors we are well placed to provide a complete turn-key solution. We specialise in large scale developments including the conversion of vacant decommissioned large buildings into employment and residential uses. We employ energy efficient modern methods of construction, from solar panels, heat pumps to the latest air tight fabrications.

2022 to 2025 will be a particularly busy time for us, as we have secured contracts to design and build 500+ residential units in the East Midlands. These projects are a mixture of large property conversions to ground up new builds using modern methods of construction.

Our specialism

  • We have been involved in recycling existing buildings from their former industrial uses to current day requirements
  • Experienced in decommissioning all the former uses, dealing with all of the envelope works, planning and design of the services for multi occupational use
  • Clients have included Pendragon PLC, Medical Solutions PLC, Children’s Society, Metropolitan Housing, Alzheimer’s Society and many more
  • Our development sizes have ranged from 2,500 square metres to 8,500 square metres with plot sizes ranging from 0.5 acres to 8 acres
  • Our vast experience on the above projects, and learning from the 2008 economic downturn, led us to design and manufacture factory built houses to code 4 standard, that were both economically viable on a volumetric basis and mortgageable
  • These were exhibited at Grand Design London and Birmingham and at Eco Build, London
  • Our prototypes were exhibited to 36 local authorities and we are currently working very closely with Greenwich Borough Council, London Borough of Bexley and Bracknell Borough Council and 10 Downing Street on deployment.
